Hi, I’m a French dog trainer and behaviorist and I specialize in Separation Related Behaviours. I have two rescue dogs who both suffer from isolation distress (among other things!) : I know how overwhelming and frustrating it feels like to live with anxious dogs. My mission is to help you and your dog to get through separation anxiety, and for you to be able to leave your house without worrying about your dog having a panic attack. I deeply believe that you and your dog are a strong team, and thanks to training, you will both get the lives you deserve! I work remotely in English and in French. Feel free to click on my contact information and come talk to me about your dog.

I have worked with dogs for over 10 years and I am the founder of the highly respected Nosey Barker Training School. Through my work as a qualified trainer I discovered a passion for supporting dogs and their families with more challenging behaviour which inspired me to set up Behaviour Support by Kim. My ability to support canine and human learners with kindness and sensitivity allows me to really understand the struggles each family are suffering. Working with me means you will receive help with behaviour modification based on the most up to date science using only kind methods. Each plan is carefully designed to improve your dogs behaviour and enhance your bond so that you can enjoy the companionship you once dreamed of. I specialise in separation anxiety for all dogs and small dog generalised anxiety. Separation anxiety is heart breaking for you and your dog but there is hope! I support all dogs to overcome the fear of being left home alone, which enables their family to leave without feeling guilty or worry about their dogs happiness. I have first-hand experience of how debilitating sharing your life with a separation anxiety dog is. Diggory, my poodle, showed signs of separation anxiety from the minute he joined me at 9 weeks old. Following a structured programme I have changed how stressed Diggory was and got back my freedom! I want to help you achieve the same! I am a Certified Canine Behaviourist and take my own continued professional development seriously. Using the latest scientific, ethical methods to ensure you and your dog succeed.

Helping dogs and their people through separation anxiety and similar behaviors is a passion of mine because comfortable alone time is often such a relief for both the humans and the dogs. Because I know how hard life can be with difficult dogs, I am also really passionate about working with dogs through puppyhood and adolescence to create stable and resilient adult dogs. I want the dogs that I work with to be enthusiastic and unafraid learners who feel comfortable showing me how they really feel. I am a lifelong learner, and I am dedicated to continuing my education, and staying up to date on the most humane and effective ways to train.
