Dog aggression and behavior specialist, Sara Scott has been training dogs professionally in the San Francisco Bay Area and worldwide since 2000 and comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience that can only be gained through time and dedication to the art and science of dog behavior and training. She is deeply educated in the dog training and behaviour field and brings her knowledge to application with great insight, grace and compassion for both species, human and dog. Her robust history of treating and resolving separation anxiety cases means you’ll get the results you’re after with minimal headache for both you and your dog. As an advocate for humane dog training techniques, Sara strives to help educate her clients and the greater community on evidence-based dog training practices and has published her writings in both Bay Woof and APDT’s Chronicle of the Dog. “Reach out – I’d love to help you reach your training goals! 🐶”
My journey as a dog trainer & canine behaviourist started in 2005 with starting my own dog walking, pet, and horse care company, ‘Pawlig’s Pet Care’. Over the past 7 years, I have seen so many dogs struggle in day-to-day life with behavioural issues such as reactivity, fear, and anxiety. It really inspired me to help them and their pet parents using kind, positive, and effective training methods and I now specialise in offering 121 bespoke training programmes for puppies and dogs. We have two dogs, three cats, and a horse. One of our own dogs suffers from separation anxiety, so I can relate to the emotional drain and restrictions this means for dog and pet parents alike. As an SA Pro Trainer, I am now able to help more dogs who struggle to cope when left alone and pet parents to get their lives and freedom back. Although I am based in the UK, I am a native German. I offer consultations in English and German and am able to work with clients anywhere in the world as all our sessions take place via video link in the comfort of your own home.
Rosee is the founder and director of Good Dog Practice and Separation Anxiety Dog Training. She has multiple qualifications in canine behaviour. Her holistic approach to behaviour consultation has helped rehabilitate many deprived and traumatised dogs, including solving fear issues. While she loves all breeds, she is a particular advocate for sighthounds and ex-racing greyhounds transitioning to life in a home. Her greyhound, Stevie, suffered from extreme separation anxiety and taught her a lot about what it takes to help dogs work through these specific challenges. Based in Austria, Rosee offers consultations in both English and German and helps people internationally with their dogs suffering from separation anxiety.
Birgitta is a certified dog trainer. Her passion is helping people with their rescue dogs and now since she is graduated as a SA Pro Trainer, she wants to help also dogs to get over their home-alone issues. She comes from the Netherlands, lived also in Germany and lives now with her husband and 4 rescue dogs in Sweden. She speaks Dutch, English, German, a little Swedish and helps people with their dogs worldwide. Dogs have always played an important role in her life. She volunteered for many years also for shelters and NGOs. She is inspired by the unconditional love of dogs towards people. That is why dogs deserve that we understand them well and that dogs, therefore, have a beautiful dog-worthy life. She introduced The Snuffle Garden Project in Holland. This dog welfare project became very popular. She organized for that reason also webinars about this topic and created an English website. In addition to her experience and passion for dogs, she has great empathy for dogs but also for their owners. She tries to tell people about their dog in a positive way, how they can better help and guide their dog. She always explains this in “normal people language” so everybody can understand.
